“We’re not through yet!” There is still a long way to go after all the elections and rigmarole!

Gender – Yep, Got One
Welcome to the 21st Century where finding out you have a gender is now a big deal. Am I the only one who read that and went… “wait. What?” And I wrote it. Gender continues to be a big deal, although I’m not entirely sure why or if we really have the issue correctly.
Whose Idea Was Fashion Anyway?
There are several clothing stereotypes I do not understand – like the purpose of the “tie.”
Socially FAQ’ed Up
I wanted to touch on a few subjects here so let’s look at some “Frequently Asked Questions” that seem to continue to pop up. I DID NOT MAKE UP THE QUESTIONS.
Transporting Transitional Transpositions – Okay, Just An Honest Trans Question
This is not posted for controversy purposes. I honestly have a question for the trans community.
#IAmBeige
It’s not my fault! I was born this way. Perhaps if I distance myself verbally…
More Grammatically Correct
I’ve always had doubt about our educational system in the Good Ol’ United States. The fact that they call it the “Good Ol'” anything should be a hint. But the two kids I have that are still in school (one graduated from college already, thank you) have brought home some homework that is a bit outdated. It doesn’t worry me so much because they realize it. It just worries me that so many people won’t realize that.
Who’s Suffering Now?
I’m going to let you know up front, this post is born out of my own ignorance. It concerns a subject that is sensitive to many people and, so you know, I’m on the side of the women on this one. I have no problem with the movement I am about to talk about, I would have been in favor of it if I were around when all this happened. I do not want it reversed. I would, however, like it to have a different name for the movement and it’s followers as the one it has makes remarkably little sense to me. The words in question, in my mind, are “Sufferage” and “Sufferagette.”
I Blame (Thank) The Media For My Atheism
I’m asked periodically, how I can be an atheist. The answer is simple, organized religions really don’t make a whole lot of sense. Most of them.
Television and movies have, all too often, shown the ugly side of religions and, unfortunately, many people believe the way the people on TV do.
My Two Cents (which is more than I’d pay for that shirt)
I’m pretty sure this isn’t news, but I have a feeling it’s going to be covered that way. It’s a story concerning the WWE, as in World Wrestling Entertainment. Take it with an entire shaker of salt.
